Pfizer Healthcare Ireland has launched a new campaign www.quitwithhelp.ie in Ireland which is supported by the Irish Cancer Society and the Irish Thoracic Society. The campaign offers support through the re-launched website and contains lots of useful information to help smokers quit including the benefits of quitting, help with a quit plan and common questions to ask your doctor.

The campaign which is fronted by a national television advertising campaign focuses around Eddie who was a smoker for 35 years. Eddie, encourages smokers to go to their doctor for medical support with their next quit attempt. Eddie smoked for over 35 years before seeking help from his GP to finally quit.

This new campaign encourage smokers to visit www.quitwithhelp.ie to make the important first step.
