Pfizer is the first pharmaceutical company in Ireland to be awarded the Business Working Responsibly Mark by Business in the Community Ireland. The achievement recognizes Pfizer’s commitment and actions towards creating responsible and sustainable business practices which have a positive impact on society.
The official announcement took place on Wednesday the 17th of October 2012 at a ceremony in front of 150 CEOs from across the top indigenous and multinational companies in Ireland.

Business in the Community, a non- profit organization, developed the Business Working Responsibly Mark. It is Ireland’s only dedicated network for responsible business and the country’s only certification for responsible and sustainable business practices.
