Information about this competitive grant program
Through this Independent Medical Education Request for Proposals, Pfizer’s objective is to support projects that improve health literacy through awareness and education. Health literacy is important in ensuring that people can understand, appraise, and apply health information in order to make informed health-related decisions. Applications were invited from a cross-section of organisations including; patient advocacy organisations, academic research centres, universities; medical, nursing, allied health, and/or pharmacy professional schools, professional associations and medical societies, and other entities focused on healthcare improvement. Applications closed on July 17th 2023.
